Cancellation Policy

Service reliability is extremely important because we reserve a time, especially for you. 

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your scheduled cleaning. To maintain fairness and efficiency in our operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. More than 24 hours' notice:

   • No cancellation fee will be charged.

2. Within 24 hours of scheduled service:

   • A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.

3. Day of service or at-the-door cancellation:

   • The full amount of the scheduled cleaning service will be charged.
