I also love that they accept credit card (a big positive for me) and have an online portal to view everything. Regarding the cleaning itself, I was very happy with Anna B! As an expecting first time mom, I needed extra help to prepare our house for our new arrival, and Melissa and a Mop delivered. Anna and Emily went above and beyond to ensure our initial deep clean was everything we wanted and needed and more. Now I feel far less overwhelmed about bringing baby home and know she'll have a safe and clean environment.

Did a great job
I had a bit of a mixed experience so I thought I would share... Melissa and A Mop came up as the first search option for us when looking for a cleaning service. We had some bad experiences in the past with other local companies, so we thought we'd give them a try. We went with the Deep Clean option for $398. Setting up a cleaning was very simple. Their website is very intuitive and their communication is top notch. Our cleaner came about 5 minutes before they were scheduled. After about two hours, we noticed she left and got a ride to out. I was a little shocked as I was told we could get a call regarding end of service & go through a walkthrough. I came home and noticed absolutely nothing was cleaned. All of our appliances were still dirty with stains and crumbs, and the floors were obviously not swept. Carpets still had dust and dirt from our kids & cats. After talking with the owners for a while and providing video/pictures, they agreed that the cleaning was not done proper and sent a pair for the following day. I wanted to write this because Team Naz did an amazing job with our house. Our Kitchen looked amazing and they got every little nook and cranny in our bathrooms/bedrooms. They were both here between 9 AM and roughly 1:30 PM on the weekend. Our kitchen appliances looked new - I was really impressed. I am looking forward to working with them again. Matt was very helpful after and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, our initial poor experience ended very well. Highly recommend Team Naz - they did a phenomenal job. Will be hiring them in the future.
I ordered this service for my mom for Christmas as she had some really high ceilings, fans, and lighting that she just can’t clean. This cleaning service was spectacular! Brought a ladder and everything to handle the job. Very quick, tidy, and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Two ladies showed up to do a final clean of my house for sale. They were quick, thorough. They went into corners I had missed and after asking tossed the items I no longer wanted. I just pointed out which items were to be left alone and they just started in.
I have an autoimmune condition and my husband threw out his back 4 days before Thanksgiving. I had no idea how I was going to get all the cleaning done and have the energy to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people. Melissa & A Mop was a very reasonable price, given that I gave them very little notice. My cleaner did more than I asked her to and was great with my pets. Such a lifesaver!
The cleaning lady was super sweet and she cleaned my house so good I would recommend them to everybody I know.

Extremely satisfied with the service. I pointed problem areas in my condo that needed attention, they absolutely took care of them. Communication was top notch. They texted and called me prior to the appointment that they were on their way and made it to my place on time. They are also pet friendly. I have a cat and it didn't even bother them that the cat was checking their service while they were working. Will be calling them again for next cleaning for sure!!!
Writing this review before the actual cleaning because their customer service is THAT good. The owner (apologies I forgot his name) was very personable and understanding. It feels good knowing you’re supporting a small local business AND getting a luxury service. Excited to get my first professional clean ever!

They did an excellent job on our kitchen cabinets . The 2 individuals worked on our cabinets and bathrooms from start to finish without taking a break.
